PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Our Patient Care Coordinator handles all facets of the patient experience before and after visits with our providers. This particular role is our front desk lead, who welcomes patients, answers the telephone, schedules appointments, prepares medical records for patient visits, and scans medical records after each visit.

Our ideal candidate will work well within our team, demonstrate excellent patient care, have clear and precise patient communication, be able to multi-task & prioritize tasks, enjoy exceeding goals, be dependable, have a strong work ethic and positive attitude!

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Welcome patients in a warm, friendly and engaging manner. Build relationships with patients and answer non-clinical questions.

  • Prepare documents for visits, print necessary forms. Scan forms from completed visits. Create patient quotes for procedures.

  • Answer telephone calls. Return messages

  • Add new patients to practice management software. Verify and update demographic info for current patients.

  • Schedule appointments. Prepare Pre/Post Instructions, FAQ, and other information as appropriate.

  • Review future schedules for cancellations and fill from the move-up list, addressing any conflicts or scheduling errors.

  • Scan photo releases, testimonials, and surgery quotes and plans to patient and practice records.

  • Telephone or email patients who have not responded to automatic appointment confirmations.

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to provide an exceptional experience to our patients.

  • Cross-train to occasionally assist other roles as needed.

  • Communicate with labs and referral sources, and insurance companies as needed.

    Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 | Expected Pay $20/hr
    Salary commiserate with experience. Minimum $20 per hour. Full-time position. Bonus structure based on product sales and surgical bookings.
